Georgetown:
Edward Joseph Kozma, Jr., 68, died Thursday, July 14, 2011, at Tidelands Community Hospice House.
Mr. Kozma was born in Georgetown on November 30, 1942, a son of the late Edward Joseph Kozma and Christine Kelley Kozma Moore. He worked for a number of businesses, including International Paper Co., Journal American newspaper in Myrtle Beach, Goodyear Tire, Ace Hardware in Georgetown, and Northrop Corp. in Saudi Arabia. Mr. Kozma was of the Catholic faith.
Surviving are: two sons, Joe and Keith Kozma, both of Georgetown; two daughters, Karen K. Perry of Pawleys Island and Chastity K. Funderburk of Andrews; a sister, Barbara Calass of Greensboro, N.C.; a brother, Bill Moore of Hampton, Va.; twelve grandchildren; and an aunt, Veiva Thomas of Pine Bluff, Ark.
Graveside services will be at eleven o'clock on Saturday morning, July 16, 2011, at Elmwood Cemetery Annex. Officiating will be the Rev. Ronald J. Farrell.

The family will receive friends at the Georgetown Chapel of Mayer Funeral Home on Saturday morning prior to the service from nine-thirty until ten-thirty.
