Georgetown: Albert York Cooper, 56, died July 1, 2020, at his residence. Mr. Cooper was born in Alexandria, VA on November 9, 1963, a son of Oliver Fenimore Cooper and Saundra Lee Cooper. Mr. Cooper grew up in Oxon Hill, Maryland and graduated from Friendly High School. He loved fishing and hunting and was a very passionate animal lover. He was considered the dog whisper; he could calm any dog he came in contact with. Surviving are: his father, Oliver Fenimore (Patricia) of Georgetown and his mother, Saundra Lee Cooper of Maryland; a brother, Victor Derek Cooper (Rowena) of Bloomington, IL; and one niece, Angelina Cooper.
