Andrews: Alicia Payne Graham, 77, died Wednesday, December 16, 2015, at Tidelands Community Hospice House in Georgetown. Mrs. Graham was born in Andrews on August 15, 1938, a daughter of the late Leonard Phifer Payne, Sr. and Vincent Smith Payne. She was a graduate of Andrews High School and attended Elim United Methodist Church. She retired from Tidelands Georgetown Memorial Hospital. She was a loving mother, grandmother, great grandmother and friend. In addition to her parents, Mrs. Graham was predeceased by: a son, Leonard Dow Graham, and a brother, Leonard Phifer Payne, Jr. Surviving are: two sons, George L. Graham, Sr. of Andrews and Charlie "C. J." Jack Graham (Angelique) of Nevada, a daughter, Te' Graham Blakely (Kevin) of Georgetown; a brother, Gerald V. Payne (Penny) of Pawleys Island; six grandchildren, Matthew Alexander Graham, Caroline Camryn Graham (Kyle), George Lee Graham, II (Ashley), Blakely Elizabeth Graham, Graham Parker Blakely, and Kirby Anna Blakely; and a special sister, Peggy Cunningham. Graveside services will be three o'clock Friday, December 18, 2015, at Andrews Memorial Cemetery. Officiating will be the Rev. Michael Written. The family will receive friends at the Andrews Chapel of Mayer Funeral Home prior to the service on Friday, December 18, 2015 from one thirty until two thirty.
