Georgetown: Allie Britt Jones, 92, widow of Bob "Bo" Ray Jones, died Wednesday, October 7, 2015, at Prince George Healthcare Center. Mrs. Jones was born in Andrews on December 25, 1922, a daughter of the late Virginia Britt Rogerson. She grew up in the Andrews area and worked for the Georgetown Dress Plant for a number of years and was a longtime designer with Woodbury Florist. She was a member of Lakewood Baptist Church and the Violet Long Sunday School Class. Mrs. Jones was a loving wife, Mother, and Grandmother. Surviving are: a son, Jack Jones (Linda) of Georgetown; a grandson, Jack Ray Jones II (Davina) of Charlotte, N. C.; a granddaughter, Heather Munson (Jerry) of Georgetown; and great-grandchildren, Britani Tilton, Baylee Tilton, Brock Munson, Karolynn Munson, Kylie Jones, and Kierra Jones. Funeral services will be Monday afternoon, October 12, 2015, at two o'clock in Pennyroyal Memorial Gardens Mausoleum Chapel. Officiating will be the Rev. Larry Deeter and the Rev. Murray Powell.
