Georgetown:
Andrew "Andy" Watts Chandler, 14, died Thursday, November 4, 2004, at his residence.
Andy was born in Georgetown on July 6, 1990, a son of Barry Lynn Chandler and Melanie Hemingway Chandler. He was member of Trinity United Methodist Church in Andrews and was loved by his teachers and therapists.
Surviving are: his parents of Georgetown; a sister, Muriel Chandler Taylor and her husband, Jason Edward Taylor of Columbia; maternal grandfather, Edsel Hemingway, Sr. of Georgetown; paternal grandmother, Bettie Chandler of Hemingway; his second mother, Geraldine White of Georgetown; and numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Andy was predeceased by: maternal grandmother, Anne Rhem Hemingway; paternal grandfather, Sherod Thomas Chandler; and a brother, "Rod" Chandler.
Funeral services will be eleven o'clock Saturday morning, November 6, 2004 at the graveside in Union United Methodist Cemetery. Officiating will be the Rev. Paul Bonham.
