Annie Lou Reed Mozley, 91, died Sunday, February 19, 2006, at the Lakes at Litchfield.
Mrs. Mozley was born on February 10, 1915 in Demopolis, Ala., a daughter of the late Ustick Reed and Virginia Carolina Givhan Reed. In 1941, she moved from Panama City, Fla. to Georgetown. Mrs. Mozley was a charter member of Herbert United Methodist Chruch, where she was a member of the L and M Bunn Sunday School Class and the Morning Circle of the United Methodist Women. She was also a member of the Winyah Chapter of the Daughters of the American Revolution, the Hobcaw Barony Chapter of the Colonial Dames, and the Huguenot Society of S. C. Mrs. Mozley was the widow of William Worth Mozley.
Surviving are: a son, William R. "Bubba" Mozley of Pawley's Island; two daughters, Patricia E. Johnson of Dallas, Tex. and Marcia M. Quinn of Hampton, Va.; six grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be Wednesday afternoon, February 22, 2006, at two o'clock in Herbert Memorial United Methodist Church. Officiating will be the Rev. Michael Leonhardt. Burial will follow in Pennyroyal Memorial Gardens.
The family will receive friends at the Georgetown Chapel of Mayer Funeral Home Tuesday evening, February 21, 2006, from five until seven o'clock.
