Georgetown:

Arline Porter Cribb, 98, passed away on Friday, October 7,2022, at the Lakes of Litchfield.

Mrs. Cribb was born in Georgetown, SC on April 11, 1924, a daughter of the late William Alpheus Porter and Blanche Mercer Porter.

In addition to her parents, Mrs. Cribb is predeceased by her husband; Ernest Cribb Jr., a son William Carroll Cribb, three sisters; Juanita Gordon, Katherine Johnson, Vera Johnson and a brother, David Porter.

Surviving are: three daughters; Dale Gibson (Douglas), Cathey Furr (Dan), Martha Brooks (Phil), one son; Ernest Cribb (Doreen), 10 grandchildren; Deedie Cowart (Jason), Douglas Gibson II, Danielle Allen ( Lester), Tony Cribb (Susan), Carrie Parker (Todd), Danny Furr (Carina), Nicole Harmon (Gerald), Amanda Gallup (Bruce), Phillip Brooks, Emily Brooks, 20 great grandchildren, and 6 great great grandchildren.

Funeral Services will be at two o'clock Wednesday, October 12th, 2022, at St. Paul's Waccamaw United Methodist Church. Officiating will be the Reverend J.R. Virgin; a private burial will follow in Oak Grove United Methodist Church Cemetery.
