Georgetown:
Beulah Lucas Milligan, 80, died Thursday, June 8, 2006, at Georgetown Memorial Hospital.
Mrs. Milligan was born in Clinton, N. C. on March 9, 1926, a daughter of the late Robert Lucas and Mary Turner Lucas. She grew up in Clinton and lived in Georgetown most of her life. Mrs. Milligan was a member of Ringle Heights Baptist Church and the Women's Missionary Union of the Church. She was also a member of the Home League and the League of Mercy of the Salvation Army. Mrs. Milligan was the widow of Von Milligan.
Survivors include: two daughters, Inez T. Chandler of Laurens and Joanne Mahaffey of Greenville; a step-son, George Allen Milligan of Surfside Beach; two step-daughters, Vivian M. McRoy of Dallas, Tex. and Juanita M. Moore of Bunnell, Fla.; two half-sisters, Jannie Bell Turner of Clinton, N. C. and Sallie Neves of Greenville; one grandchild; two great-grandchildren; and her best friend, Josephine Harter of Georgetown.
Memorial services will be eleven o'clock Saturday morning, June 10, 2006, at Ringle Heights Baptist Church. Officiating will be the Rev. Chris J. Giles and the Rev. Themos J. Cribb.
