Pawleys Island: Billy Brian Moore, 43, died Friday, July 15, 2016 at his residence. Mr. Moore was born in Georgetown on August 3, 1972, a son of the late Charles William Moore and Barbara Lee Thomas Moore. He graduated from Georgetown High School and Coastal Carolina University with a degree in Forestry. Mr. Moore attended Pawleys Island Baptist Church. He was an avid hunter, enjoyed fishing, and was a diehard Clemson fan. Surviving are: a brother, Charles Moore (Bessie) of Georgetown; a sister, Crystal Smith (Rick) of Seneca; a special aunt, Ann Lambert (Fred) of Florence; and a number of nieces and nephews.
