Bobbie Owens Rowe Campbell, 86, passed away Saturday, November 11, 2023, at the Landings in Georgetown. She was born in Georgetown, daughter of the late Robert E. and Ila Mae (Harrelson) Owens.

Survivors include her two sons, Mark Rowe of Conway and Mike Rowe of Pawleys Island; two brothers, Donald (Vivian) Owens and Raymond (Helen) Owens; and her niece, Daphne (Randy) Cleland.

She was preceded in death by her husbands, Andrew Donald Rowe and Lamar Campbell.

Private Graveside Funeral Services will be held in Elmwood Cemetery.

The Georgetown Chapel of Mayer-Ethridge Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
