Andrews: Bobby Joe Morris, 69, died Tuesday, January 27, 2009, at his residence. Mr. Morris was born in Williamsburg Co. on December 7, 1939, a son of the late John Marion Morris and Elizabeth Sports Morris. He was a retired employee of Coastal Wire Co. and the former co-owner of Morris Grocery Store. He was a member of Gourdine's Chapel. Mr. Morris was predeceased by: his wife of forty-one years, Nancy Dunahoe Morris; and four brothers, Seva Morris, William James "Bub" Morris, Marion Morris, and Maylon Morris. Surviving are: his wife Myra P. Morris of Andrews; a son John William (Carla) Morris of Andrews; four daughters, Terri M. (Tony) Davis, Debbie M. (Burness) Blake, and Wendy M. Phillips, all of Andrews, and Sheryl M. (Ron) Hall of Newbury Park, Calif.; three brothers, Ollie Morris and Eddie Morris, both of Andrews, and Laurie Morris of Hemingway; two sisters, Lydia Mae Gambone of Bakersfield, Calif. and Leola M. Altman of Georgetown; ten grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be two o'clock Thursday afternoon, January 29, 2009, at Gourdine's Chapel. Officiating will be the Rev.
