Carol Lisa Neal, 65, of Andrews, SC, died on December 25, 2025, at her home.

Born November 22, 1960, in Charleston, SC, she was the daughter of Donald E. Neal and Iris Neal-Sirmon. Carol was preceded in death by her father.

Carol was a graduate of Rock Hill High School and York Technical College. She dedicated much of her career to working as a laboratory technician in several hospitals. Guided by her deep love for animals, she also worked in veterinary clinics. Her final position was in the laboratory at 3V Sigma USA.

Carol is survived by her mother, Iris Neal-Sirmon of Pawleys Island, South Carolina; her brothers, Mark Neal (Greta) and Michael Neal (Angie), both of Rock Hill, South Carolina; her sister, Morgan Spitzer (Andy) of Camden, South Carolina; and her stepmother, Nelle Browne Neal of Murrells Inlet, South Carolina. She is also survived by her nieces, Ashley Arcuri (Stephen), Mikayla Parker (Cayden), Maggie Neal, and Makenzie Neal, all of Rock Hill, South Carolina; her nephews, Drew Spitzer and Connor Spitzer of Camden, South Carolina; and her great-nieces and great-nephews.

A Celebration of Life will be held in the Little Chapel at Murrells Inlet Presbyterian Church on Saturday, January 10, 2026, at 10:30 A.M.

In lieu of flowers, the family has requested that memorial contributions be made to the American Cancer Society or Saint Frances Animal Center.
