Andrews: Charles Russell "Rusty" Lynch, 59, died Thursday, November 20, 2014, at his residence. Mr. Lynch was born in Andrews on January 14, 1955, a son of the late Foster George Lynch and Betty Odelia Wilson Lynch. He grew up in Andrews and attended Andrews High School. Mr. Lynch retired in 2000 after 28 years as a heavy equipment operator with Georgetown Co. Public Works. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather, and brother. Surviving are: his wife, Cindy B. Lynch of Andrews; two daughters, Tasha L. Shelley (Skeeter) of Andrews and Tina L. White (Russell) of Kingstree; a son, Russell Foster Lynch (Shalane) of Andrews; two grandchildren, Ally Rian Shelly and Russell Fischer Lynch, both of Andrews; two sisters, Susie L. Player (Charles) of Andrews and "Nunki" S. Cox (Mike) of Garden City; a brother, Barry Lavern Lynch (Wendy) of Johnsonville; and a number of nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, Mr. Lynch was predeceased by: a brother, Glen Allan Lynch of Andrews; and his loving dog, Gizmo. Funeral services will be held at one o'clock on Sunday afternoon, November 23, 2014, at Grace Temple Revival Center. Officiating will be the Rev. Randy Wilson. Burial will follow at Bethel United Methodist Cemetery.
