Georgetown: Charlotte Hanna Trotter, 79, died Thursday, April 29, 2010, at the Medical University of South Carolina. She was born in Gifford, South Carolina, the daughter of the late Leslie Eaddy Hanna and Maude Putnam Hanna. She was a graduate of the University of South Carolina and a member of Chi Omega Sorority. She was also a member of The National Society of The Colonial Dames of America in The State of South Carolina and Prince George, Winyah, Episcopal Church. She is survived by: her husband, Henry Eugene Trotter, Sr., of Georgetown; a son, Henry Eugene Trotter, Jr. (Mary), of Columbia, and a daughter Allison Trotter Nation (Charles), of Georgetown; grandchildren, Charlotte Canada and Henry Eugene Trotter, III, and Hanna Brooks and Charles Owen Nation, III. The funeral will be at 2:00 p.m., Monday, May 3, 2010, at Prince George, Winyah, Episcopal Church. The Reverend Paul Fuener and Bishop Fitzsimons Allison will officiate.
