Honey Hill: Dewey L. McClellan passed away on Sunday, July 18, 2021, at his home after a long six years battle with cancer. He is predeceased by: a son, Dewey Johnson "John" McClellan; parents, James B. and Lloyd McClellan. He is survived by: his wife of forty-four years, Jenna; daughter, Jane Erin Hettich; three brothers, James "Jim" B. McClellan (Lynn) of Huger, Leland "Lee" McClelland (Karen) and Richard "Dickie" McClellan of McClellanville; two sisters, Katherine McClellan Jones of North Charleston and Gail McClellan Floyd of Georgetown; four grandchildren, Caroline Hettich, Waylon Hettich, Katie McClellan, and Jack McClellan; a daughter-in-law, Leslie McClellan. Mr. McClellan owned and operated McClellanville Heating and Air for thirty-five years. He loved to fish and the outdoors. Funeral services will be eleven o'clock Friday morning at the graveside in McClellanville United Methodist Cemetery.
