Georgetown: Donald Fairley Love, 66, died Thursday, September 8, 2011, at Georgetown Memorial Hospital. Mr. Love was born in Andrews on January 13, 1945, a son of the late Daniel Fairley Love and Avis Barrington Love. He grew up in Georgetown, attended Winyah High School, and served in the U. S. Army. Mr. Love was employed by the City of Georgetown for a number of years and also worked as a landscaper. He attended the Georgetown Church of God. Mr. Love was predeceased by a brother, James Bobby Love and after his death he lost a foster sister, Rebecca H. Altman. Surviving are: his twin brother, Ronald Love of Andrews; and two sisters, Betty Collins (Marvin) of Murrells Inlet and Geraldine Shelly of Georgetown. Graveside funeral services will be eleven o'clock Monday morning, September 12, 2011, at Pennyroyal Memorial Gardens. Officiating will be the Rev. Ossie Deese.
