Georgetown: Edna Higginbotham Seitter, 89, widow of Richard Henry Seitter, died August 30, 2018, at Embrace Hospice in Myrtle Beach. Mrs. Seitter was born in Bastrop, LA on March 7, 1929, a daughter of the late Ray Thomas Higginbotham and Ethel Ennon Clark Higginbotham. She graduated from Winyah High School in 1947. Mrs. Seitter retired as a bookkeeper from International Paper Company and also worked with her husband in the Seitter Produce business. She was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church most of her life. Mrs. Seitter was a loving and caring person. Surviving are: her daughter, Linda Ann Rucker (Robert) of Columbia and a granddaughter, Katelin Rucker of Columbia. Graveside funeral services will be Sunday afternoon, September 2, 2018, at five o'clock in Elmwood Cemetery Annex. Officiating will be Pastor Vickie Powell.
