Pawleys Island: Eileen Marie Schneider, 76, died Monday, October 7, 2018 at Embrace Hospice House in Myrtle Beach. Eileen was born in Rahway, NJ on December 4, 1941, a daughter of the late Michael and Helen McCoy. She grew up in Rahway, NJ and moved to Pawleys Island in 1990 from Cape May, NJ, with her late husband Bob. She worked for the state of New Jersey as the registrar of vital statistics in lower township, NJ. She enjoyed Happy Hour on the back porch, reading books, and spending time with family and friends in person and on the phone. She was a member of the Precious Blood of Christ Catholic Church. She was the loving mother to her three sons, a caring sister to two brothers, and a beloved grandma to three grandchildren. She was a dear friend to many longtime acquaintances.
