Eleanor Ray Britt, 63, of Andrews, SC passed away Tuesday, January 9th at Tidelands Georgetown Memorial Hospital, surrounded by friends and family. She was born on August 7th, 1960 in Georgetown, SC.

Eleanor was born the daughter of the late Gene and Glenda Ray and grew up in Andrews along with her siblings, Don and Sharon. Lou was a shining light to everyone that knew her, and loved her family with an unconditional love. She was a true friend and a mother who always thought of Amanda and Kelly first and foremost. Everyone that knew "Lou" knew she was the quiet one that would hang out away from the crowd, but loved by everyone in that crowd. She enjoyed cleaning and spending time with family.

Survivors include daughters, Amanda Casselman (Lance Casselman) of Andrews SC and Kelly Seitter (Brian Seitter) of Andrews, SC; one brother, Don Ray; one sister, Sharon Ward (Bruce Ward); four grandchildren, Winter Grace Baylor (Travis Blewer), Emily Seitter, Madison Casselman, and Owen Casselman.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Gene and Glenda Ray.

A Graveside Service will be held at 11:00 am Thursday, January 11th at Ivey Cemetery, with Rev. Randy Gamble officiating.

The Andrews Chapel of Mayer-Ethridge Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
