Georgetown: Elizabeth "Betty" Mary Williams Shuttleworth, 91, widower of Frank Shuttlerworth, died Saturday, May 18,2019, at Morningside of Georgetown with her daughter Cathy at her side. Mrs. Shuttleworth was born September 28, 1927, in Toronto, Canada, a daughter of the late Robert John Williams and Mary Chapman Williams.
