Georgetown: Elizabeth "Cricket" Adams Woodward, wife of Jack Franklin Woodward, Jr., died Friday, January 8, 2016, at her residence. Mrs. Woodward was born in Mullins on March 20, 1961, a daughter of Diane Brogdon Adams Price and Jackson Lee Adams. She grew up in Georgetown and was a graduate of Winyah High School and Coastal Carolina University with a degree in recreation. Mrs. Woodward worked for a time with the City of Georgetown Electrical Department and was a member of Maryville Pentecostal Holiness Church. Survivors include: her husband of Georgetown: a daughter, Korre Elizabeth Woodward of Georgetown; a granddaughter, Jayden Alyssa Bailey of Georgetown; her mother, Diane Brogdon Adams Price and step-father, James R. Price of Leland, N.C.; her father, Jackson Lee Adams of Santee, two brothers, R. Judson Price (Juliana) of Vanceboro, N.C. and J Ryan Price of Summerville; a sister, Wendy Adams Toney of Charlotte, N.C.; and a niece, Eliza Grace Price of Vanceboro, N.C.; and several aunts, uncles, and cousins. Funeral services will be two o'clock Tuesday afternoon, January 12, 2016, at Pennyroyal Memorial Gardens Mausoleum Chapel. Officiating will be the Rev. Tommy Cox. Burial will follow in Pennyroyal Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends prior to the service on Tuesday in the Mausoleum Chapel from one until two.
