Ena Lee Taylor Kirkpatrick, 82, passed away Sunday, November 16, 2025, at Arbor Landing Assisted Living in Pawleys Island, South Carolina. She was born in Hampton, Virginia, a daughter of the late John Remington Taylor and Ena Lee (Jones) Taylor.

She is survived by her husband of 63 years, David M. "Pete" Kirkpatrick; her daughters, Lee Easterly and her husband, Alan and Susan Cykoski and her husband, Chris; a son, David T. Kirkpatrick; eight grandchildren, Ena Lee "Ellie" Scherer (Eddie) of Nashville, Tennessee, Margaret Easterly of Columbus, Ohio, Ben Easterly (Cailey) of Chattanooga, Tennessee, Catherine Kirkpatrick of Dublin, Ireland, Julia Kirkpatrick of Knoxville, Tennessee, Janie Kirkpatrick of Knoxville, Tennessee, Anna Cykoski of New York, New York, and Caroline Cykoski of Santa Rosa Beach, Florida; and five great-grandchildren, Hattie, Crews and Thomas Scherer and Will and Hayes Easterly.

The family will receive friends at a Celebration of Life reception at The Westlands on Orleans Drive in Knoxville, Tennessee, on Sunday, December 14, 2025, from 1:00 PM – 4:00 PM.

Private family burial will take place at a later date in Hampton, Virginia at St. John's Episcopal Church on Queen's Street.
