Eunice Wiley Fraser, 94, , widow of Samuel Sydney Fraser, Jr. and former resident of Georgetown, died Friday, September 18, 2009, at Hospice by the Sea in Boca Raton, Fla.
Mrs. Fraser was born in Thornwood, W. Va. on December 16, 1914, a daughter of the late James Howard Wiley and Effie Emma Elbon Wiley. While living in Charlotte, N. C. she owned and operated Broadhurst Beauty Salon. Mrs. Fraser moved to Georgetown in 1981 and was a member of Duncan Memorial United Methodist Church, the Susanna Wesley Bible Class and the Loula Ford Circle of the United Methodist Women. Mrs. Fraser was also a member of Winyah Chapter #148, Order of the Eastern Star in Georgetown. She held a number of positions in the Easter Star in Georgetown and Charlotte.
Surviving are: a son, Jonathan M. Goff, Sr. of Ft. Lauderdale, Fla.; a daughter, Debbie Broadhurst Wolfe of Cherokee, N. C.; a grandson, Jonathan M. Goff, Jr. of Baltimore, Md.; and three granddaughters, Lindsay Maria Goff and Kylie Jade Goff, both of Baltimore, Md. and Nicole Goff of Minsk, Belarus.
Funeral services will be one o'clock Wednesday, September 23, 2009, at Pennyroyal Memorial Gardens Mausoleum Chapel. Officiating will be The Rev. Dr. G. Edward Usher. Entombment will follow in Pennyroyal Memorial Gardens Mausoleum.

The family will receive friends at Pennyroyal Memorial Gardens Mausoleum Chapel from twelve until one prior to the service on Wednesday.
