Georgetown: Eva Walker Bellune, 95, died Sunday, November 25, 2007, at her residence. Mrs. Bellune was born in Denmark, S. C., June 20, 1912, a daughter of the late John Sigmund Walker and Margaret Steadman Walker. She grew up in Denmark and attended Winthrop College. Mrs. Bellune moved to Georgetown in 1937 and was a member of First Baptist Church. She was the widow of William Thomas Bellune. Surviving are: a son, W. T. Bellune, Jr. and his wife Cheryl of Georgetown; a daughter, Margaret B. Ulrichsen of Georgetown; four grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; and a number of nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be eleven o'clock Wednesday morning, November 28, 2007 at the Georgetown Chapel of Mayer Funeral Home. Officiating will be the Rev. Dr. Ted A. Sherrill.
