Andrews: Evelyn Casselman Fulton, 91, died Sunday, November 16, 2008, in Georgetown Memorial Hospital. Mrs. Fulton was born in Georgetown Co. near Andrews on July 30, 1917, a daughter of John Louis Casselman and Carrie Perry Casselman. She was a member of Black River Free Will Baptist Church and the widow of Roland D. Fulton. Surviving are: a daughter, Jimmie Lou (William) Keith of Easton, Md., two sons, Delbert D. (Rosalind) Fulton of Moncks Corner and Phillip A. (Carolyn) Fulton of Andrews; two sisters, Stella Ethridge of Georgetown and Rosa Lee Fulton of Georgetown; four grandchildren, Scott Hull, Lesley Fontaine, Douglas Fulton, and Blake Fulton; and three great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be eleven o'clock Wednesday morning, November 19, 2008, in Black River Free Will Baptist Church. Officiating will be the Rev. Jeffrey L. Cockrell.
