Georgetown:
Fannie Mae Parker Bramlett, 82, died Monday, May 2, 2011, at Tidelands Community Hospice House.
Mrs. Bramlett was born in Cades on October 11, 1928, a daughter of the late Cleve Parker and Lula Frye Parker. She was very dedicated to both The Christian Fortress and East Side Free Will Baptist Church. Mrs. Bramlett loved her home and family.
Mrs. Bramlett was predeceased by husbands Frank Tisdale, Jetter Nobles, Jr. and Frank A. Bramlett.
Surviving are: a son, Ronnie Tisdale of Georgetown; a daughter, Barbara Grooms (Larry) of Georgetown; a daughter-in-law, Charlotte Tisdale of Sumter; two grandsons, Alex Tisdale (Lisa) of Sumter and Darren Driggers (Becky) of Effingham; three sisters, Rosa Sims of Conyers, Ga., Addie Bell Mixson of N. Charleston and Betty Carolyn Cumbee (Jim) of Greenwood; a brother, Francis Parker (Margie) of Georgetown; and a sister-in-law, Diane Poston (David) of Georgetown.
Funeral services will be at eleven o'clock Thursday morning, May 5, 2011, at The Christian Fortress in Andrews. Officiating will be the Rev. Geraldine Bednego, the Rev. Chesley Floyd, the Rev. Arthur McElveen and the Rev. Raymond A. Haselden. Interment will follow at Pennyroyal Memorial Gardens.
The family will receive friends at The Christian Fortress on Wednesday evening, May 4, 2011, from six until nine o'clock.
