Georgetown:
Frank Robert Horvath, 79, died Thursday, October 23, 2003, at the Medical University of S. C. Hospital in Charleston.
Mr. Horvath was born in Shelton, Conn. on October 14, 1924, a son of the late Balint Horvath and Fannie Stark Horvath. He was a graduate of George Washington University in Washington, D. C. and served in the Navy during World War II from Dec. 1942 until May 1946. Mr. Horvath had been employed as an electrical engineer with several industries. He moved to Georgetown in May 1996 and was a volunteer at Brookgreen Gardens. Mr. Horvath was the widower of Mae Horvath
Surviving are: three nieces, Shirley Anderson of Georgetown, Donna O'Conner of Shelton, Conn., and Carol Whitley of Cream Ridge, N. J.; and three nephews, Robert Horvath and David Horvath, both of Shelton, Conn., and Mark Horvath of East Haven, Conn.
No services will be held.
