John Francis "Frank" Williams, 86, died Monday, July 17, 2023 at Tidelands Georgetown Memorial Hospital. He was born in Georgetown County, son of the late Ernest R. and Maude McElveen Williams.

Frank was an Army veteran and retired from International Paper.

He is survived by a son, Dean Williams of Georgetown.

No services are planned at this time.
