Andrews:
Gary Stuber Hodge, 65, husband of Elisia Tisdale Hodge, died January 2, 2021, at his residence.
Mr. Hodge was born in Manning on June 27, 1955, a son of the late Stuber Hodge and Stella Lowder Hodge.
Mr. Hodge grew up in Andrews and graduated from Williamsburg High School and attended Williamsburg Technical College achieving a degree in Auto Collision Repair. He was a member of the ONC hunting club where he spent many happy hours hunting. He loved the outdoors, fishing and building a good fire. Gary was always busy working and enjoying friends. He had great work ethics and was a good provider which was just one of his many good qualities. Gary loved his family, his wife, children and most of all his grands.
In addition to his parents, Mr. Hodge is predeceased by, a sister, Glennie Hodge Dale.
Surviving are: his wife of Andrews, two sons, Gregory Hodge of VA; Westly Hodge of Andrews; a daughter, Kasey Hodge of VA; two step-sons, Lee Scott of Pleasant Hill and Alex Scott of Myrtle Beach; three grandchildren, Stella Olund, Phoebe Hodge and Evelyn Scott; a brother, Wayne Hodge (Vera) of Andrews; and a sister, Annette Hodge Mill of Andrews.
Graveside services will be two o'clock Monday, January 4, 2021, at the Earles Pentecostal Holiness Churchyard. The Rev. Jack Mobley will officiate.
The Family will receive friends directly after the service at the graveside.
