Geraldine Lee

Today, we celebrate the life of Geraldine “Geri” Lee, born in Royal Oak, Michigan on January 23, 1936, and passed October 10, 2026, in Georgetown, SC.

Geri loved a good party, a dirty joke, playing golf with her friends, spending time with her granddaughters, driving around in her little Mercedes convertible, traveling and gardening. An avid animal lover, Geri never met a furry friend she didn’t love and enjoyed watching the birds at the feeder, especially the hummingbirds.

She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Rhonda (Lee) and Tim Morris of Georgetown, SC and granddaughters Emily Morris (Nick Tourville) of Seattle, WA and Savanna Morris of Charlotte, NC, and too many nieces and nephews to count.

She was predeceased by her husband, T. Darrell Lee, her parents Albert Herman and Floy Ellen (Gilliam) Stephens, her beloved sister, Mildred Zoller, brothers Alton Stephens, Charles Stephens, Lloyd Stephens, Doug Stephens, Doyle Stephens and sister Betty Jo Stephens.

A celebration of life will be held at a later date.

In lieu of flowers the family requests that memorial donations be made to Flag Pole Installation in Memorial or to your local animal shelter. 

The Maryville Chapel of Mayer-Ethridge Funeral Home is assisting the family.
