Georgetown: Helene "Kel" Larkings Todd, 74, died Tuesday, December 5, 2006, in an automobile-truck accident. Mrs. Todd was born in New York on March 23, 1932, a daughter of the late Percival and Helene Larkings. Surviving are: her husband, Jimmy Quinn Todd of Georgetown; .a foster daughter, Maria Froes and her husband Levy of Bridgeport, Conn.; and two foster granddaughters, Cynira Ssarella of Trumbull, Conn. and Mirian Froes of Bridgeport, Conn. Funeral services will be two o'clock Friday afternoon, December 8, 2006, at the Georgetown Chapel of Mayer Funeral Home. Officiating will be the Rev. Aldon L. Johnson.
