Atlanta, Ga.: Henry Wilson Carter, 65, son of the late Mamie and Woodrow Carter died on December 18, 2007 in Atlanta. Mr. Carter was preceded in death by a sister, Bailey Weaver. Surviving are: his wife, Joanne of Atlanta; a son, Scott Carter of Georgetown; three brothers, Fletcher Carter, Michael Carter, and Ashley Carter; and a sister, Wallis Houseman, all of the Georgetown area. A memorial service will be held at eleven o'clock Saturday morning, January 5, 2008, at First Baptist Church in Georgetown.
