Mr. Fulton was born in Georgetown Co. on April 6, 1934, son of the late James and Ella Fulton. He attended the public schools of Georgetown Co. On July 23, 1962, Mr. Fulton was joined in holy matrimony to Willadean Gray. Mr. Fulton was preceded in death by: his parents; two brothers, one sister, and a beloved daughter, Patricia. He leaves to cherish fond memories to: his wife, Willadean Fulton of the home; two sons, John (Jodie) Fulton, Jr. of James Island and James Fulton of Georgia; a daughter, Lynda (Kevin) Fulton; ten grandchildren; a special friend, Lynn Fulton of Georgetown; and a host of relatives and friends.
