Andrews: Jonathan Thomas "Deuce" Matter, II, departed this world on June 10, 2017, at his residence. Mr. Matter was born in Georgetown on August 9, 1987, a son of Tammy Gailey Jones and the late Jonathan Thomas Matter. He grew up in the Sampit Community of Georgetown County and graduated from Andrews High School. Mr. Matter was a welder for Pierce Machinery in Andrews. In addition to his mother of Andrews, Mr. Matters is survived by: a stepfather, Jamie M. Jones; two children, Madilyn Emma Matter and Blakely Paige McConnell, a step-daughter, Alicyn Bone; his companion; Heidi Bone; two brothers, Travis Jones and Michael Jones; two step-sisters, Holly Heron and Catherine Jacobs Jones and many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews, and his lifelong Best Friend, Obie Midkiff.
