Joy Louise Harcourt Vogel, 84, widow of the late Charles Roy Vogel, died Saturday, May 28, 2016, at Tidelands Community Hospice House of Georgetown.
Mrs. Vogel was born July 20, 1931, a daughter of the late Fred William Harcourt and Mary Gendolyn Woods Harcout.
Surviving include: a sister; Cheryl J. Gause of Georgetown.
