Karen D. (Rogers) Fulton, 51, passed away on Monday, October 14, 2024, in Tidelands Georgetown Memorial Hospital.

Karen Darcel Rogers Fulton was born on September 28, 1973, in Georgetown, SC as the only child of Kirk and Patsy Rogers. She gained a sister, Scarlett and her baby brother, Austin. She loved them deeply.

She was preceded in joining the Lord by her mother, Patsy Lynn Sharpe Rogers, paternal grandparents, Aubrey K. Rogers and Winifred "Winnie" Bath (Dick), maternal grandparents, Julian Sharpe and Juanita Wilder (Alvin), and an uncle, Aubrey "Buddy" Rogers.

Karen attended Georgetown High School and married her high school sweetheart, Davy Fulton. Together they had two beautiful girls, Brittany and Brianna Fulton. They lived on Black River and enjoyed fishing and spending quality time on the river. She enjoyed decorating for the holidays and hosting family events.

Karen's daughters, Brittany and Brianna, were her ultimate passion. She devoted herself to being the best mother possible. Her girls were her pride and joy, her guiding light, and her most treasured accomplishment. She loved her family and the memorable experiences she had with her siblings, aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and friends.

Karen worked as a stay-at-home mom until her children were school aged. She then worked in the school cafeteria to remain close to them. Her most recent employer was St. James Clinic where she was a receptionist. She came to know the ladies she worked with and considered them close friends.

Those left behind to cherish her memory include her husband, Davy Fulton, daughters, Brittany Fulton (Raven Stansel) and Brianna Fulton, father, Kirk Rogers (Liz), siblings, Scarlett Gause and Austin Rogers, aunts and uncles, Bobbie McCutchen, Connie Rogers, Ricky Sharpe (Marty), Terry Wilder (Tena), in laws, Walter and Mary Ellen Fulton and Elizabeth Pickens (David), and many other special family member to include aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.

Services will be held at Pennyroyal Memorial Gardens Mausoleum on Friday, October 18, 2024, at 1:00 PM. The family will receive visitors one hour prior to the service.
