Andrews: Katherine Laura Lambert Taylor Bauer, 84, died Monday, May 7, 2012, at Georgetown Memorial Hospital. Mrs. Bauer was born in Georgetown on January 14, 1928, a daughter of the late George Washington Lambert and Laura Catherine Brandon Lambert. She was a graduate of Andrews High School and a former employee of Oneita Knitting Mills. Mrs. Bauer attended Sampit Pentecostal Holiness Church. Surviving are: two sons, Archie Taylor (Debbie) and Ricky Taylor (Mary), both of Andrews; a daughter, Earline Goude (David) of Andrews; 11 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; six sisters; and three brothers. In addition to her parents, Mrs. Bauer was predeceased by: her first husband, Donald Archie Taylor; her second husband, John Joseph Bauer, Jr.; and a son, Tommy Dean Taylor. Funeral services will be at eleven o'clock on Thursday morning, May 10, 2012, at Holy Trinity Pentecostal Holiness Church. Officiating will be the Rev. Eddie Knight and the Rev. Jeff Goude.
