Georgetown:
Kathleen Pierce Clark, 97, widow of E. Alvin Clark, died Sunday, March 18, 2018, at her residence.
Mrs. Clark was born August 22, 1920, in Waxhaw, NC, a daughter of the late William Houston Pierce and Mary I. Rogers Pierce. She grew up in Waxhaw, graduated from Waxhaw High School, and later attended Beauty College in Charlotte. Mrs. Clark was the oldest member of Georgetown Presbyterian Church. She was the owner and operator of The Beauty Box for over forty years.
In addition to her husband and parents, Mrs. Clark was predeceased by: a daughter, Elaine Clark Lambert.
Survivors are: three grandsons, Curtis Lambert (Debbie) of Georgetown, David Lambert of Andrews, and Michael Lambert (Paige) of Georgetown; six grand-children, Ethan, Elliott, Renzley, Tucker, Davilee, and Amy Lambert; and one great-grandchild, Abagal Smith.
Memorial Services will be at eleven o'clock Thursday morning, March 22, 2018, at the
Georgetown Presbyterian Church. Officiating will be the Rev. Dr. Bill Puckett. A reception will follow the service in the church fellowship hall. Inurnment in Pennyroyal Memorial Gardens will be private.
