Kenneth "Ken" Earl Bouchette, Jr., 30, died Friday, October 23, 2015, at his residence.
Mr. Bouchette was born in Georgetown on October 1, 1985, a son of Kenneth "Kenny" Earl Bouchette and the late Denise Brantley Bouchette. He grew up in the Charleston area and was a former employee of Detyens Shipyard. Mr. Bouchette was a football player for Williamsburg Academy. He was one of the original Channel Four of Charleston's Ice Hockey Kids and was on the travel team. Mr. Bouchette was a former member of the Boy Scouts of America and a number of other organizations.
Surviving are: his father of Scranton; an aunt, Betty "Mama" B. Ray of Andrews; two sisters, Teresa Dean Crawford of Moncks Corner and Theresa Ray of James Island; a brother, Herman Ray of Mt. Pleasant; and his paternal grandmother, Annie Larue Prosser of Scranton.
Memorial services will be private at a later date.
