Georgetown: Larry Vincent Frye, 61, died Saturday, April 14, 2018, at Tidelands Georgetown Memorial Hospital. Mr. Frye was born in Georgetown on February 20, 1957, a son of Janice Cox Frye and the late William Charles Frye, Sr. He grew up in Georgetown and graduated from Winyah High School. Mr. Frye attended Emmanuel College in Franklin Springs, Ga. He worked for a number of years with Hume Publishing Co. in Atlanta, Ga. After returning to Georgetown, Mr. Frye worked with Carolina Charm Florist and later opened is own floral shop. He was a member of Georgetown Pentecostal Holiness Church. Surviving in addition to his mother of Georgetown are: a brother, William Charles "Chuck" Frye (Mitzi), Jr. of Georgetown; two sisters, Cheryl Tisdale (Tommy) of Charleston and Pamela Walter (Doug) of Johnsonville; and a number of nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be two o'clock Monday afternoon, April 16, 2018, at Georgetown Pentecostal Holiness Church. Officiating will be the Rev. Greg Thompson.
