Andrews:
Leo Tallie Wiggins, 94, husband of Betty Jean Campbell Wiggins, died Friday, May 26, 2017, at Tidelands Georgetown Memorial Hospital.
Mr. Wiggins was born in Williamsburg County, June 20, 1922, a son of the late Leo Grady Wiggins and Sarah Virginia Altman Wiggins. He grew up in the Suttons Community and later moved to Andrews. Tallie and Betty were happily married for over 65 years. Mr. Wiggins was an accomplished welder and was the owner and operator of Wiggins Welding Company until his retirement. He was a past member of Suttons United Methodist Church and presently a member of Trinity United Methodist Church.
In addition to his parents, Mr. Wiggins is predeceased by: two sisters, Neallie Mae Blakeley and Bessie Locklair; and three brothers, Grady Wilson Wiggins, James Logan Wiggins and Cage Lee Wiggins.
Surviving are: his wife, Betty C. Wiggins of Georgetown, four nieces, Diane Nexsen, Virginia Brown and Mary Furches all of Kingstree and Elisa Smith of Anderson, one nephew, Wiggins Blakeley of Andrews.
Funeral Services will be at three o'clock Sunday, May 28, 2017, at Trinity United Methodist Church. Officiating will be the Rev. Dr. Ben Gafford. Burial will be private.
The family will receive friends prior to the service on Sunday, May 28, 2017, in the Church Family Life Center from two until two forty-five o'clock.
