Obituary

Andrews: Lottie Mae Moore Howard, 87, widow of Louis J. Howard, died Monday, December 5, 2011, at Tidelands Community Hospice in Georgetown. Mrs. Howard was born in Williamsburg County on January 1, 1924, a daughter of the late Henry Moore and Ida Mae Lovell Moore. She grew up and lived all of her life in the Andrews area. Mrs. Howard was a member of the Andrews Church of God, where she was a faithful worker and spent many hours serving her church. She loved working in her flower garden and was a great collector of dolls. Surviving are: a son, Tommy Howard (Annette) of Georgetown; a daughter, Marjorie Foley (Larry) of St. Pauls, N. C.; a brother, David Moore (Cecilia) of Texas; six grandchildren and eleven great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be Thursday morning, December 8, 2011, at 11:00 o'clock in Andrews Church of God. Officiating will be the Rev. Wayne Cox and the Rev. Edward A. Hardee. Burial will follow in Andrews Memorial Cemetery. Sign a guestbook at www.mayerfuneralhome.com.
