Louise "Jill" Colbert Caviness, 88, passed away on August 3, 2026. Born in Georgetown, she was a daughter of the late George Ashley Colbert and Mary Virginia (Boatwright) Colbert.
The family will greet friends from 5:00-7:00 PM on Thursday, August 13, 2026, in the Downtown Chapel of Mayer-Ethridge Funeral Home, 222 St. James St., Georgetown. A Funeral Service will be held at 10:00 AM Friday, also in the Downtown Chapel of Mayer-Ethridge Funeral Home, followed by burial in Elmwood Cemetery.
