Andrews:
Louise Wheeler Lambert, 84, died Saturday, June 3, 2006, at East Cooper Regional Medical Center in Mount Pleasant.
Mrs. Lambert was born in the Earle's Community of Williamsburg County on October 1, 1921, a daughter of the late John Louis Wheeler and Mary Bertha W. Wheeler. She was a member of Earles Pentecostal Holiness Church and the Women's Ministries of the church.
Mrs. Lambert was predeceased by: her husband, Jule Preston Lambert; and two sons, Jimmy L. Lambert and John M. Lambert.
Surviving are: three sons, J. P. Lambert, E. Wayne Lambert and Joe L. Lambert, all of Andrews; two daughters, Judy L. Higbe and Elizabeth Ann Lambert, both of Andrews; a sister, Mildred Powell of Andrews; eighteen grandchildren, Rob and Shawn Higbe, Rick Morris, Tracy Madarasz, James and Frankie Lambert, Kay Tisdale, Steve Lambert, Joe, Celina, and Austin Lambert, Chloe Goude, Christopher Driggers, Tim, Jim and Cheryl Lambert, Larry and Ervin Lambert; nineteen great-grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
Funeral services will be Monday afternoon, June 5, 2006, at three o'clock at Earles Pentecostal Holiness Church. Officiating will be the Rev. Ronald J. Dease and the Rev. Thomas W. Wallace, II. Burial will follow in Oak Ridge Memorial Cemetery.
