Pawley's Island:
Lucienne Ludlam Marlow, 86, died Sunday, December 19, 2004 at her residence.
Mrs. Marlow was born in Murrells Inlet on September 2, 1918, a daughter of the late Walter C. Ludlam and Salena Cox Ludlam. She was a graduate of Myrtle Beach High School. Mrs. Marlow was the retired secretary for B. L. Marlow Plumbing Co. and founding member of Pawley's Island Presbyterian Church. She was a former president, vice-president, secretary, and treasurer of the Women of the Church. Mrs. Marlow was a former member of Winyah Chapter #148, Order of the Eastern Star and Waccamaw Garden Club.
Surviving are: two daughters-in-law, Frances Funderburk Marlow of Pawley's Island and Betsy Rodgers Marlow of Murrells Inlet; four grandchildren, Boyd L. Marlow, III and his wife Shannon of Pawley's Island, Benjamin M. Marlow and his wife Molly of N. Charleston, and Elizabeth Lucienne "Lucy" Marlow and Sarah Pratt Marlow, both of Murrells Inlet; and three great-grandchildren, Amanda Marlow of Pawley's Island, Kyle Gallegos-Marlow of Las Vegas, Nev., and Benjamin M. Marlow, Jr. of N. Charleston.
Mrs. Marlow was predeceased by: her husband, Boyd L. Marlow; two sons, Boyd L. "Tony" Marlow, Jr. and John Christopher "Chris" Marlow, and a daughter, Catherine Maria Marlow.
Memorial Services will be three o'clock Wednesday afternoon, December 22, 2004, at Pawley's Island Presbyterian Church. Officiating will be the Rev. Frank S. Holsclaw. There will be a reception in the church Founders Hall immediately following the Memorial Service.

The family will receive friends at the Georgetown Chapel of Mayer Funeral Home, Tuesday evening, December 21, 2004, from seven until nine.
