Andrews: Lynne Ann Sherlund-Dupuis, was born in Detroit, MI on February 21, 1955. She entered eternal life on December 10, 2017, at Providence Hospital in Columbia. She is predeceased in death by her parents Duane and Frances Audrey Miller, and also her brother Hugh, a Christian Missionary. Lynne was a US Navy wife and a US Coast Guard daughter. She was a member of American Legion Auxiliary Post #69 and loved the Andrews Veterans Day Parades. Lynne volunteered to help veterans and flood victims during the "Thousand Year Flood". At age six; she volunteered with her aunt at a VA Hospital in Detroit. Lynne was a Michigan Wolverine and loved NASCAR. Her US Marine uncle took Lynne to a Wolverine football game. Lynne was so happy she lifted her six foot tall uncle off the floor. She was a Maine Republican Party delegate for Senator Olivia Snow. Lynne was the beloved friend of Greg Bennett, She was a faithful member of the Andrews Church of God. Funeral Services will be eleven o'clock Wednesday, December 13, 2017, at the Andrews Church of God. Officiating will be the Rev. Matt Suttle. Burial will follow in Andrews Memorial Cemetery. Greg will receive friends Tuesday evening, December 12, 2017, from five until seven at the Andrews Chapel of Mayer Funeral Home. An American Legion Service will be held during the visitation.
