Georgetown: Mabrey Ann Roberts Howell Hanna, 84, widow of Arthur Neil Howell and Troy P. Hanna, died Friday, December 10, 2021, at Tidelands Waccamaw Regional Hospital in Murrells Inlet. Mrs. Hanna was born in Leland, NC, on March 11, 1937, a daughter of the late Henry Clyde Roberts, Sr. and Annie Laura Sikes Roberts. She was a graduate of Winyah High School class of 1955 where she was the Editor of the Student Prints, the school newspaper. Mrs. Hanna faithfully attended the Georgetown Church of God. She was retired from Roses/Maxway after about thirty-five years of employment, having been a salesperson, office and store manager. In addition to her husbands and parents, Mrs. Hanna is predeceased by: five siblings, Henry C. Roberts, Jr., Lonnie D. Roberts, David L. Roberts, Leslie Wade Roberts and Brancie Elise R. Casselman. Surviving are: two daughters, Laurie Ann Jacobs (Patrick), Valerie Howell Vause (Jerry) both of Georgetown; a son, Arthur Clyde Howell (Grace) Sylva, NC; four grandsons, Jason Jacobs of Camden, Jeremy Vause of Georgetown, Spence Howell of Sylva, NC, and Chip Few (Bonnie) of Chesnee; a brother, Terrence F. Roberts of North Charleston; a sister, Irene Beane of Myrtle Beach. Graveside Services will be one o'clock Monday, December 13, 2021, in Pennyroyal Memorial Gardens. Officiating will be the Rev.
