Georgetown: Margaret Haun Cribb, 75, wife of Dock Edward Cribb, passed away on Sunday, August 21, 2022, at Tidelands Georgetown Memorial Hospital. Mrs. Cribb was born in Georgetown on May 21, 1947, a daughter of the late James Haun and Ruby Francis Moore. Margaret grew up in Georgetown and worked for Dr. Ernest Fox attending to the animals she loved so much until retirement. She spent many Sundays with her grandson James watching NASCAR and enjoying each other's company. Mrs. Cribb loved taking trips to the mountains and enjoying the casino. She was very much a flower lover and did many arrangements for special occasions. Her most favorite time was decorating and planning for Christmas and entertaining with friends and family. Margaret love spending time with her family, which she loved dearly, especially her son, James. In addition to her parents, Mrs. Cribb is predeceased by: a brother, James Haun and a sister, Tina Thompson. Surviving are: her husband of Georgetown, a son, James Cribb (Brandie) of Georgetown; a granddaughter, Mellicent Cribb of Georgetown; two grandsons, James Cribb of Georgetown and Anthony Redick of Benson, NC; one great-granddaughter, Everleigh Rose Redick; a brother, James Haun; a beloved niece, Tonya Dunlap (Avrie) and a number of nieces and nephews. Funeral Services will be eleven o'clock Friday in Pennyroyal Memorial Gardens Mausoleum. The Family will receive friends after the entombment from twelve until one o'clock.
