Mt. Pleasant:
Margaret Haselden Tisdale Watts, 82, died Friday, December 23, 2005, at Grace Hall in Mount Pleasant.
Mrs. Watts was born in Williamsburg County near Andrews on July 29, 1923, a daughter of the late Ringo Mitchell Haselden, Sr. and Hattie L. Parsons Haselden. She was a graduate Winthrop College. Mrs. Watts was an elementary school teacher and retired from Williamsburg Elementary School. She was a member of Trinity United Methodist Church, The Daisy Watson Church School Class, and The Mary-Martha Circle of the United Methodist Women. Mrs. Watts was also a former chairperson of the Worship Committee and member of the Administrative Board of the church. She was first married to the late Warren Scott Tisdale.
Surviving are: her husband, Carson Watts of Mt. Pleasant; a step-daughter, Audrey Ann Brown of Mt. Pleasant; a sister, Elizabeth H. Barnett of Bel Air, Md.; four nieces and five nephews.

Funeral services will be Monday, December 26, 2005, at two thirty o'clock at Trinity United Methodist Church. Officiating will be the Rev. Sandra Stevens Poirel. Burial will follow in Andrews Memorial Cemetery.
The family will receive friends at the Andrews Chapel of Mayer Funeral Home Monday, December 26, 2005, from twelve to one o'clock.
