Georgetown:
Margie Collins Bullock, 85, died Sunday, April 4, 2010, in Georgetown Memorial Hospital.
Mrs. Bullock was born in Bucksport on May 12, 1924, the daughter of the late Joseph Edward and Fannie Lowrimore Collins. She was the widow of Dennis Theron Bullock, who died on August 10, 1997.
Prior to moving to Georgetown in 1950, Mrs. Bullock worked as a legal secretary and court reporter in Conway. She retired from the Woodlands Department of International Paper in 1985, after 33 years of service.
Mrs. Bullock was a member of Trinity Evangelical Lutheran Church in Georgetown for 50 years. She served on the Advisory Council of the Georgetown Career Center and was a Red Cross Volunteer. Mrs. Bullock was a former member of the Belle Isle Garden Club.
Surviving are: a daughter, Vivian Bullock Eggers of Burke, Va., and a granddaughter, Lisa Daimar Eggers of Centreville, Va. and numerous nieces and nephews.

Graveside services will be held at Hillcrest Cemetery in Conway at eleven o'clock Friday morning, April 9, 2010. Officiating will be Alan Brown.
The family will receive friends at the Georgetown Chapel of Mayer Funeral Home Thursday evening, April 8, 2010, from six until eight.
